What BOM formats do you accept?
Excel (.xlsx, .xls), CSV, PDF, and plain text. The minimum required fields are manufacturer part number (MPN) and quantity. Target price and manufacturer name are helpful but optional.
How fast will I receive a quote?
Within 4 hours during SGT business hours (9 AM – 6 PM UTC+8). BOMs uploaded outside business hours receive a quote by noon the next business day.
What is the minimum order quantity?
No minimum. We handle BOMs from prototyping quantities (5–10 pcs per line) to production volumes (100K+ per line). Per-line MOQs from vendors vary; we negotiate these down wherever possible.
Do you only source from Huaqiangbei?
Huaqiangbei is our primary market, but we also source from authorized distributors, factory-direct channels, and vetted independent distributors across Asia when that delivers better pricing or availability.
How do you guarantee authentic parts?
Four-stage inspection on every shipment: visual microscopy, XRF, X-ray, and decapsulation/curve trace. ERAI/GIDEP database cross-check. Zero tolerance for counterfeits. Full details here.
What payment methods do you accept?
